Delete your account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in FerraretoDev games published on Google Play, including games that use sign-in (OAuth) to identify players and enable online features.

Request deletion by email

The button opens your email app with a pre-filled message to ferrareto.dev@gmail.com. Fill in the missing details and press send.

How to request deletion

Tap the button above, or write to ferrareto.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Account and data deletion request".
Include the name of the game and the account you use to sign in, such as your Google account email or the player name shown in the game.
Whenever possible, send the email from the address linked to that account. Otherwise, we may ask for extra information to confirm the account belongs to you.
We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, then reply to let you know it is done.

Data that will be deleted

Your player account and the identifier received from the sign-in provider (OAuth), such as your Google or Google Play Games account ID.
Profile data linked to the account, such as display name, email address, and avatar, when provided by the sign-in provider.
Game data stored on our servers, such as progress, saves, statistics, rankings, and online match history.
Online connections tied to your account, such as friends lists or matchmaking records, when the game offers them.

Data that may be kept

Records needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse, kept only for the period required by law.
The email exchange about your deletion request, kept for up to 12 months as proof that the request was handled.
Backup copies, which are removed automatically within 30 days after the deletion.
Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.
Purchase and payment records are handled by Google Play, not FerraretoDev, and follow Google's own policies.

Deleting only part of your data

If you want to keep your account but remove specific data, such as match history or your display name, say so in your email and we will delete only what you ask for.

You can remove the game's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account connections. This stops new data from being shared, but does not delete data we already store. To delete it, send the request above.
